The Isoko people are located in the Southeastern part of Delta State, Nigeria occupying an estimated land mass of about 12000 square kilometres.

Isoko land is made up of 2 local governments: Isoko North Local Government with Ozoro as the headquarters and Isoko South Local Government with Oleh as its headquarters.
